本ポリシーは、Chrome 拡張機能「Rakuten Invest Analyser」とそのサーバー（yogen.fun）（以下「本サービス」）が取り扱う情報について説明します。
1. 取得する情報
- アカウント情報：Google などのログインで受け取るメールアドレス、表示名、プロバイダーのユーザーID。
- 証券口座の情報：あなたがログインした楽天証券のページで、あなたの操作により同期した保有銘柄、数量、取得単価、買付可能額、注文・約定履歴。
- あなたが入力・作成した情報：分析した銘柄、AIへの質問、取引計画、リマインダー、価格アラート、お任せ設定、注文チケット、各種設定。
- ページの内容：分析やインポートをあなたが開始したとき、表示中のページのURL、タイトル、表示テキスト（銘柄コードの検出と保有資産の読み取りのため）。
- 利用状況：機能ごとの利用回数、AIモデルの利用量、エラー記録（サービスの安定運用と不正利用防止のため）。
2. 取得しない情報
- 楽天証券のログインパスワードは読み取り・保存しません。
- 取引暗証番号はサーバーに送信しません。保存を選んだ場合のみ、パスキー（Touch ID など）から得た鍵で AES-256-GCM 暗号化し、あなたのブラウザー内にのみ保存します。復号した値はブラウザーのセッション中だけメモリーに保持されます。
- 閲覧履歴を収集しません。広告目的のトラッキングは行いません。
3. 利用目的
AI分析・追加質問・保有レビュー・お任せの提案の生成、保有資産と損益の表示、通知メールの送信、サービスの提供・保守・不正利用防止のために利用します。情報を販売することはありません。
4. 外部サービスへの提供
- AIモデル提供者（OpenAI、Anthropic）：分析の生成に必要な銘柄情報、市場データ、あなたの質問、必要に応じて関連する保有状況を送信します。
- Amazon Web Services（Amazon SES）：通知メールの送信。
- Cloudflare：通信の中継と保護。
- ログインプロバイダー（Google など）：ログイン認証。
法令に基づく場合を除き、上記以外の第三者に個人情報を提供しません。
5. 保存期間と削除
アカウントが存在する間、情報を保存します。アカウントとデータの削除は下記の連絡先までご依頼ください。拡張機能内に保存した取引暗証番号は「設定」→「保存情報を削除」でいつでも削除できます。拡張機能を削除するとブラウザー内のデータも削除されます。
6. セキュリティ
通信は HTTPS で暗号化されます。アクセストークンは拡張機能のストレージに保存され、ログアウトで無効化されます。

- 交易密码（取引暗証番号）不会发送到服务器。仅在你选择保存时，用通行密钥（Touch ID 等）派生的密钥做 AES-256-GCM 加密，只保存在你的浏览器内；解密后的值只在浏览器会话期间保存在内存中。
- 不收集浏览历史，不做广告追踪。
3. 使用目的
用于生成 AI 分析、追问、持仓复核和托管建议，显示持仓与盈亏，发送通知邮件，以及提供、维护服务和防止滥用。我们不出售任何信息。
4. 提供给外部服务
- AI 模型提供方（OpenAI、Anthropic）：发送生成分析所需的股票信息、行情数据、你的问题，以及必要时相关的持仓情况。
- Amazon Web Services（Amazon SES）：发送通知邮件。
- Cloudflare：网络传输与防护。

5. 保存期限与删除

6. 安全
通信经 HTTPS 加密。访问令牌保存在扩展存储中，退出登录即失效。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Chrome extension "Rakuten Invest Analyser" and its server (yogen.fun) (the "Service") handle information.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name and provider user ID received when you sign in with Google or another provider.
- Brokerage information: holdings, quantities, cost basis, buying power, and order and execution history that you sync from Rakuten Securities pages you are logged in to.
- Information you enter or create: stocks you analyse, questions to the AI, trade plans, reminders, price alerts, Omakase settings, order tickets and settings.
- Page content: when you start an analysis or import, the URL, title and visible text of the current page (to detect tickers and read holdings).
- Usage: per-feature usage counts, AI model usage and error logs (to keep the Service stable and prevent abuse).
2. Information we do not collect
- We never read or store your Rakuten Securities login password.
- Your trading PIN is never sent to the server. Only if you choose to save it, it is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from a passkey (Touch ID and similar) and kept only in your browser; the decrypted value stays in memory only for the browser session.
- We do not collect browsing history and do not track you for advertising.
3. How we use information
To generate AI analyses, follow-up answers, holding reviews and Omakase suggestions, show holdings and P/L, send alert emails, and to provide, maintain and protect the Service. We never sell information.
4. Service providers
- AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic): stock information, market data, your questions and, when needed, relevant holdings, to generate analyses.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES): alert emails.
- Cloudflare: network delivery and protection.
- Sign-in providers (Google and others): authentication.
We do not share personal information with any other third party except as required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account and data, contact us at the address below. A saved trading PIN can be deleted at any time under Settings → Delete saved data; uninstalling the extension removes its data from your browser.
6. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The access token is kept in extension storage and revoked when you log out.
7. Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
