この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社ChainBow（以下「当社」）が提供する Chrome 拡張機能「Rakuten Invest Analyser」とそのウェブサイト・サーバー（yogen.fun）（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスにログインした時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、AI による銘柄分析、保有資産と損益の表示、価格アラート、公開されたルール戦略に基づく参考注文の一覧（戦略フォロー）などの情報ツールを提供します。本サービスは楽天証券株式会社の公式サービスではなく、同社による承認・推奨や提携関係を示すものではありません。「楽天」「Rakuten」は楽天グループ株式会社の商標です。
2. 料金
- 本サービスは現在、無料で提供しています。
- 将来有料にする場合は、開始の30日以上前に、本サービスの画面、このページおよびメールで、料金、開始日、有料にしない場合に使える機能をお知らせします。あなたが申し込まない限り、料金が発生することはありません。
- 当社は、本サービスに関して、証券会社その他の第三者から紹介料・手数料・広告料などの対価を受け取っていません。
3. 投資助言ではありません
- 本サービスが表示する分析、候補銘柄、価格の目安、戦略の記録その他の情報は参考情報であり、投資助言ではありません。当社は金融商品取引業者（投資助言・代理業、投資運用業など）の登録を受けておらず、あなたに代わって投資判断を行うことはありません。
- 投資の最終判断は、あなた自身の判断と責任で行ってください。本サービスは利益や将来の運用成果を保証しません。
- バックテストは過去データによるシミュレーションで、実運用の記録も過去のものです。いずれも将来の成果を示すものではありません。
4. AI の出力とデータ
AI の出力には誤りや不正確な内容が含まれる場合があります。株価、決算などのデータは第三者から取得しており、遅延、欠落または誤りがある場合があります。重要な内容は、楽天証券の画面や開示資料などで必ずご自身で確認してください。
5. 注文と戦略フォロー
- 注文は、あなたが本サービスの画面で内容を確認し、発注のボタンを押したときにだけ、あなた自身の楽天証券口座で行われます。本サービスがバックグラウンドや定時に自動で注文することはありません。
- 戦略フォローの一覧は、公開されたルール戦略とあなたが設定した予算から計算した参考注文です。注文するかどうかはあなたが決めます。
- 戦略フォローで一覧を確認して「確認して発注」を1回押すと、一覧のすべての注文を拡張機能が1件ずつ発注します。注文ごとの確認はありません。発注のとき、拡張機能は、あなたが保存した取引暗証番号を入力し、楽天証券の「注文内容を確認」「注文する」を押します。
- 戦略フォローをやめるときに取消と売却を選び、一覧を確認して1回押すと、未約定の戦略フォローの注文の取消、戦略フォローの保有株の成行売却、戦略フォローの一時停止までを続けて行います。
- 当社は、あなたの資金や有価証券を預からず、あなたの口座を管理・運用しません。
- 発注後は、楽天証券の画面で注文と約定の内容を確認してください。楽天証券での取引には、同社の規約が適用されます。
6. 禁止事項
法令または公序良俗に反する行為、本サービスや第三者への不正アクセスや過度な負荷をかける行為、本サービスの情報を当社の許可なく転売・再配布する行為、他人になりすます行為、その他当社が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。
7. 本サービスの変更・停止
当社は、保守、障害、データ提供元の事情その他の理由により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更、一時停止または終了することがあります。終了する場合は、可能な限り事前にお知らせします。
8. 責任の範囲
- 当社の故意または重大な過失によりあなたに損害が生じた場合、当社は法令に従って賠償します。
- 当社の軽過失によりあなたに損害が生じた場合、当社は、通常生ずべき直接の損害に限り賠償します。
- 投資の結果による損益は、本サービスの不具合によるものを除き、あなたに帰属します。
9. 個人情報
個人情報はプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
10. 本規約の変更
当社は、民法第548条の4に基づき本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更後の内容と効力発生日を、効力発生日より前にこのページで告知します。あなたに不利な変更は、本サービスの画面またはメールでもお知らせします。
11. 準拠法と管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

本服务条款（以下称“本条款”）规定株式会社ChainBow（以下称“我们”）提供的 Chrome 扩展「Rakuten Invest Analyser」及其网站和服务器（yogen.fun）（以下称“本服务”）的使用条件。登录本服务即表示你同意本条款。以日文版为准。
1. 服务内容
本服务提供信息工具：AI 个股分析、持仓与盈亏展示、价格提醒，以及按公开的规则策略生成的参考订单一览（策略跟随）等。本服务并非乐天证券株式会社的官方服务，不代表获得其授权、推荐或与其存在合作关系。“楽天”“Rakuten”是乐天集团株式会社的商标。
2. 费用
- 本服务目前免费提供。
- 如果将来收费，我们会在开始前至少 30 天，通过本服务界面、本页面和邮件告知价格、开始日期以及不付费时可以继续使用的功能。除非你主动订阅，否则不会产生任何费用。
- 我们没有就本服务从证券公司或其他第三方收取介绍费、佣金、广告费等任何报酬。
3. 不构成投资建议
- 本服务展示的分析、候选股票、价位参考、策略记录等信息仅供参考，不构成投资建议。我们未登记为金融商品交易业者（投资助言・代理业、投资运用业等），不会代你作出投资判断。
- 投资的最终决定请由你自己判断并承担责任。本服务不保证收益或未来的投资表现。
- 回测是用历史数据做的模拟，实盘记录也是过去的结果，都不代表未来表现。
4. AI 输出与数据
AI 的输出可能包含错误或不准确的内容。股价、财报等数据来自第三方，可能存在延迟、缺失或错误。重要内容请务必在乐天证券页面或公开披露资料中自行核实。
5. 下单与策略跟随
- 只有当你在本服务界面确认内容并点击下单按钮时，订单才会在你自己的乐天证券账户中提交。本服务不会在后台或定时自动下单。
- 策略跟随列出的是按公开的规则策略和你设定的预算算出的参考订单，是否下单由你决定。
- 在策略跟随中看过一览后点一次「确认并提交」，扩展会逐笔提交一览中的全部订单，不再逐笔确认。提交时，扩展会填入你保存的取引暗証番号，并点击乐天证券的「注文内容を確認」「注文する」。
- 停止策略跟随时如果选择撤单并清仓，看过一览后点一次，扩展会依次撤销未成交的策略跟随委托、以市价卖出策略跟随持仓，并暂停策略跟随。
- 我们不保管你的资金或证券，也不管理或运用你的账户。
- 下单后请在乐天证券页面确认委托和成交内容。在乐天证券的交易适用该公司的条款。
6. 禁止事项
禁止违反法律或公序良俗的行为、对本服务或第三方进行非法访问或施加过度负荷的行为、未经许可转售或再分发本服务信息的行为、冒充他人的行为，以及我们认为不适当的其他行为。
7. 服务的变更与停止
因维护、故障、数据提供方的情况或其他原因，我们可能变更、暂停或终止本服务的全部或部分功能。终止时会尽可能提前通知。
8. 责任范围
- 因我们的故意或重大过失给你造成损害的，我们依法赔偿。
- 因我们的轻微过失给你造成损害的，我们仅赔偿通常会发生的直接损害。
- 除本服务故障造成的情况外，投资结果产生的盈亏由你承担。
9. 个人信息
个人信息按隐私政策处理。
10. 条款的变更
我们可能依据日本民法第 548 条之 4 变更本条款。变更时，会在生效日之前在本页面公布变更内容和生效日期；对你不利的变更，还会通过本服务界面或邮件通知。
11. 准据法与管辖
本条款适用日本法律。与本服务有关的纠纷，以东京地方法院为第一审专属合意管辖法院。

Terms of Service
Effective: October 31, 2026
These terms of service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the Chrome extension "Rakuten Invest Analyser" and its website and server (yogen.fun) (the "Service"), provided by ChainBow Co., Ltd. ("we"). By signing in to the Service you agree to these Terms. The Japanese version prevails.
1. The Service
The Service provides information tools: AI stock analysis, holdings and P/L, price alerts, and a list of reference orders worked out from a published rule strategy (Strategy Follow). It is not an official service of Rakuten Securities, Inc. and does not imply its authorization, endorsement or affiliation. "楽天" and "Rakuten" are trademarks of Rakuten Group, Inc.
2. Fees
- The Service is currently free.
- If we start charging, we will announce the price, the start date and the features that stay available without paying at least 30 days in advance, in the Service, on this page and by email. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
- We receive no referral fees, commissions, advertising fees or other compensation from brokers or other third parties in connection with the Service.
3. Not investment advice
- The analyses, candidate stocks, price levels, strategy records and other information the Service shows are for reference only and are not investment advice. We are not registered as a financial instruments business operator (investment advisory and agency business, investment management business or otherwise), and we do not make investment decisions for you.
- Make your own final investment decisions at your own responsibility. The Service does not guarantee returns or future performance.
- Backtests are simulations on past data, and live records are past results; neither predicts future results.
4. AI output and data
AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. Prices, financial statements and other data come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check anything important yourself on the Rakuten Securities pages or in the original disclosures.
5. Orders and Strategy Follow
- Orders are placed in your own Rakuten Securities account only when you review them in the Service and press the order button. The Service never orders in the background or on a schedule.
- The Strategy Follow list contains reference orders worked out from a published rule strategy and the budget you set. Whether to order is your decision.
- When you review a Strategy Follow list and press Confirm and submit once, the extension submits every order in the list one by one, with no per-order confirmation. For each order it enters the trading PIN you saved and presses 注文内容を確認 and 注文する on Rakuten Securities.
- When you stop Strategy Follow and choose to cancel and sell, one click after reviewing the list cancels the unfilled Strategy Follow orders, sells the Strategy Follow holdings at market and pauses Strategy Follow, in that order.
- We do not hold your money or securities, and we do not manage or invest your account.
- After ordering, check the orders and fills on the Rakuten Securities pages. Trading at Rakuten Securities is governed by its own terms.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not break the law or public order, access the Service or third parties without authorization or overload them, resell or redistribute the Service's information without our permission, impersonate others, or do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.
7. Changes to and suspension of the Service
We may change, suspend or end all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, the circumstances of data providers or other reasons. If we end it, we will tell you in advance where possible.
8. Liability
- If our intent or gross negligence causes you damage, we compensate it as the law requires.
- If our minor negligence causes you damage, we compensate only the direct damage that would ordinarily arise.
- Except where a fault in the Service causes it, the profit or loss from your investments is yours.
9. Personal information
We handle personal information under the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms under Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan. Before a change takes effect, we will post the new terms and the effective date on this page; changes that work against you will also be announced in the Service or by email.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes about the Service.
